Hadley & Jacob

The day before their wedding at Casa Cosmos, Hadley and Jacob took an hour for themselves. We walked the property a little before sunset, the two of them in their rehearsal clothes, the rest of the weekend still ahead of them. As a Puerto Vallarta pre-wedding photographer, sessions like this one are some of my favorite to document, the pressure of the wedding day is not there yet, the guests are still settling into their hotels, and what is left is just the couple, the place, and a little bit of time.
Hadley and Jacob laughed through most of it. Jacob kept reaching for her hand without thinking about it, the way you do when you have been together long enough that it stops being a decision. The Pacific went pink behind them, then orange, then that quiet blue that comes right before dark. I shot on digital while Dani worked beside me from a second angle.
