Lexi & Brant

Lexi and Brant came to the St. Regis Punta Mita in June 2025 to get married, just the two of them and their baby. It was a small day by design, the kind where the guest list is honest about who actually matters. Dani and I spent the afternoon with them, working quietly around the three of them, while the resort moved at its usual unhurried pace in the background.
The ceremony happened barefoot on the sand, late in the day when the heat had let up and the Pacific was doing that long, slow gold along the horizon. Their baby was passed back and forth through most of it, between Lexi's arms and Brant's, sometimes asleep and sometimes very much not. After the vows they sat down for a small, candlelit dinner, just the family, the kind of meal that does not feel like a reception so much as the first night of something. I shot most of it on digital with some 35mm film mixed in, and Dani layered Super 8 through the quietest moments.
